FINALIST HOSPITALITY DESIGN AWARDS 2019
The lobby is located within a massive, boutique downtown Los Angeles urban renewal site. It is the main point of connection and access for guest to the site and for several major fashion headquarters. It is a transfer point between multiple, specially curated brand retail shops and restaurants.
We kept the design bright, white, clean and infused with an eighties Angelino optimism of colored moments. We partnered with local artist Caroline Geys to design line drawings that create visual transfer points, partial way finding and different spatial relationships throughout the hall.
