Socalo is a Santa Monica fresh Mex founded by Border Grill mavens Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Millikin. Playful, pop and beachy, the design references its proximity to the California coast and to both chef’s historic backgrounds in Los Angeles The restaurant is tucked into a local hotel and features breakfast, lunch and dinner. Socalo is light and warm and fun, a new vibe for a continuation of the talents of LA’s beloveds, a little bit Mexican, a little bit Santa Monica, one hundred percent LA.
