Howlin' Ray's features Nashville hot chicken and is an outlier pushing development in Chinatown LA.  They are at the forefront of the Chef driven quick service movement, changing the way the nation eats fast food.  But to really touch on it would be to mention their enormous fan following...even years after opening Howlin' ya still have to wait in line...it maxed at five hours.
