HOSPITALITY CREATION, DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE

GLOBAL HOSPITALITY DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Preen is an international hospitality creation, design, and architecture practice based in Los Angeles, California. For more than twenty years, we have partnered with entrepreneurs, developers, operators, and visionary owners to create award-winning restaurants, hotels, resorts, wellness destinations, retail environments, wineries, and hospitality experiences around the world.

Our practice is rooted in California, where we have completed projects throughout Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Napa Valley, Palm Springs, and coastal communities across the state. We maintain a strong presence throughout the West Coast and Hawaii and regularly work with clients across Texas, including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and other growing hospitality markets. We also serve clients in New York City and throughout the United States.

While many firms focus on a single region, Preen has built a reputation for creating place-specific hospitality concepts in a wide range of locations and cultural contexts. Our work extends throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Pacific, where we have developed concepts and projects that respond to local culture, climate, history, and landscape. Our most remote project is located in the Marshall Islands, a testament to our ability to deliver thoughtful design solutions in even the most complex and geographically challenging environments.

We believe that the strongest hospitality projects emerge from a deep understanding of place. Whether we are designing a restaurant in Los Angeles, a wellness retreat in Hawaii, a resort in the Caribbean, a winery in Napa Valley, a tasting room in Texas wine country, a hospitality destination in Mexico City, or a mixed-use development elsewhere in the world, our process begins by listening—to the land, to the culture, to the market, and to the people who will ultimately inhabit the space.

Our services include hospitality concept development, feasibility and visioning, restaurant design, hotel design, resort design, winery and tasting room design, wellness and spa design, interior architecture, architecture, owner advisory services, project strategy, consultant coordination, permitting support, procurement guidance, and project leadership from concept through opening.

In addition to our work in food, beverage, lodging, and wellness, Preen is increasingly focused on the wine sector. We are particularly interested in collaborating with wineries, vineyards, tasting rooms, hospitality-driven wine destinations, wine clubs, boutique accommodations, agricultural hospitality experiences, and destination developments that connect visitors more deeply to the landscape. We believe the future of wine hospitality lies in creating authentic, place-driven experiences that celebrate agriculture, culture, stewardship, and community.

As our practice continues to grow internationally, we are actively seeking opportunities throughout Mexico, Central America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. We are especially interested in projects that unite hospitality, nature, agriculture, wellness, and conservation to create meaningful destinations with lasting impact.

From neighborhood restaurants and boutique hotels to wineries, resorts, and large-scale destination developments, Preen brings together strategy, creativity, architecture, and operational thinking to create extraordinary places that people love and businesses that succeed.
