88 Club, for Mei Lin, offers fine Chinese dining in Beverly Hills. With nods to a private club feel, the restaurant blends traditionally masculine moves of leather and insignia with more feminine notes of curvature and pink stone. Arched ceilings and lamps add pools of warmth to black lacquer, offering a language of subtle chinois, nostalgia and intimacy.
