Falasophy is a bright and active 1300 SF fast casual located in Irvine Spectrum.  It celebrates Lebanese food with its falafelisms, or wisdoms, such as “It is better to have eaten too much falafel, than to not have eaten falafel at all.”

We worked with the brand identity and the design experience to open up the brand, to invite in a new community to the food and to establish a new direction.  The design result is an opened, participatory kitchen where one can watch all prep and cooking.  The aesthetic references Lebanese patterns, with a fresh, fun colorful palette derived from the cuisine itself.  The fast casual has been a huge hit, with lines out the door.
